Parental Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents must accompany dancers aged 3-6 inside for drop-off and pick-up.

Arrival Times: Dancers should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled class time.

Class Wait Time: Dancers are allowed a maximum wait time of 45 minutes between registered classes.

Dress Code: All dancers must adhere to NWDA's dress code. Those not in compliance may need to sit out or borrow attire from the studio.

Language and Content: Inappropriate language or content is not tolerated on NWDA premises.

Cell Phones: Cell phones are not allowed on the dance floor.

Cover-ups: Dancers must wear appropriate cover-ups over their dance clothes when entering or leaving the studio.

Choreography Ownership: All choreography belongs to NWDA. Permission and credit are required when performing or using choreography.

Visitor Policy: Except during Parent Watch Week and Dress Rehearsal, visitors must have permission from a teacher to observe classes to avoid distractions.

Notification of Changes: Changes to class schedules or tuition amounts will be communicated in writing with a 30-day notice to parents.

Unpaid Accounts: Dancers with unpaid accounts (45 days overdue) will not be allowed to participate in classes until their balance is settled.

Tardiness: Dancers who are late should apologize to their instructor after class.

Water Bottles: Dancers should bring water bottles to their classes.
