Tuition and Fees Structure:

  • Annual Registration Fee: $25 per dancer, due at the time of registration.

  • Monthly Tuition Fees per Class per dancer:

    • 1 class: $45 / month
    • 2 classes: $85 / month
    • 3 classes: $130 / month
    • 4 classes: $170 / month
    • 5 classes: $210 / month
    • 6 classes: $255 / month
    • Any class 6 after is free

  • Discounts:

    • Multi-kid discount: 10% off total tuition for families with 3 or more students enrolled.

Billing and Payment Terms:

  • Billing Schedule:

    • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
    • Payment is due by the 15th of each month.
    • Late charges will be applied if payment is not received by the 20th of the month.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Credit card (CC) payments are accepted and processed using the card on file.
    • Cash payments should be placed in envelopes labeled with the student's name and put in drop box in Studio A. 
    • Checks should be made payable to "NWDA" or "North West Dance Academy."

  • Payment Information:

    Please note that if you choose to pay with a credit card, a processing fee will be applied.
    Cash and check payments do not incur any additional fees.

  • Late Payment Policy:

    • Late charges will be applied if payment is not received by the 20th of the month. Specific late fee details are typically outlined in the academy's policies.

Example Calculations:

  1. Single Student Example for 3 Classes:

    • Monthly tuition: $130
    • Total annual registration fee: $25 (due at registration)
    • Total monthly cost: $130 

  2. Family Example (Multi-kid Discount):

    • Family with 3 children each enrolled in 2 classes:
      • Total tuition before discount: $85 x 3 = $255
      • 10% multi-kid discount: $25.50
      • Total tuition after discount: $255 - $25.50 = $229.50 per month

Payment Options:

  • Ensure payments are made promptly to avoid late fees:
    • Credit Card: Automatically charged on file.
    • Cash: Place in labeled envelopes and submit to NWDA.
    • Check: Make payable to "NWDA" or "North West Dance Academy" and submit accordingly.
